I was born in Lenoir, NC and lived there for 20 years. At the age of 15, I repented of my sins and followed Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. I was blessed with a baseball scholarship to Bryan College in Dayton, TN. While attending Bryan College I was called into ministry, and as soon as I graduated from College, I became an associate pastor to families and youth. I was the associate pastor for eight years. On Easter March 27, 2016, I became the senior pastor of Tabor City Baptist Church. I am married to Deanna, and I have been married for ten years. God has blessed us with three children two girls and a boy. Deanna is the godliest woman I know. God has truly blessed the kids and me with giving us Deanna.
My hope for Tabor City Baptist Church
My hope for our church is that we will glorify God in every aspect of life. Being followers of Christ focused on worshiping the Lord and making disciples. My hope is that our faith family will stand for truth, committed to the Word, encourage others in the faith, and let God shape our hearts and minds to be like His.
